WasaGroup Funds Oy is an administrator for alternative fund, registered by Financial Supervisory Authority, which’s policies and administrated funds’ functions fulfill the demands of the AIFMD-directive and the national laws based on it.

WGF-real estate development funds

WGF-real estate development funds are limited partnership companies that are unlisted.
WasaGroup Funds Oy works as the general partner for WGF-funds. WGF-funds’ investors are silent partners, whose responsibilities and risks are limited to the amount of the capital they have invested.
WGF-funds’ silent partners have the right to the funds’ profit and property, according to their investments. The administrating company and the general partner are not entitled to the profit or the property of their funds, but are given pay for administrating the funds.

WasaGroup Funds Oy has gotten a notification from Financial Supervisory Authority that entitles them to market the following funds (AIFML 12 chapter 1 §):

• WasaGroup Fund I (WGF I)
• WasaGroup Fund II (WGF II)
• WasaGroup Fund III (WGF III)

WasaGroup Oy has gotten a permission from Financial Supervisory Authority to market the following funds also for also non-professional clients (AIFML 13 chapter 2 ja 4 §):

• WasaGroup Fund II (WGF II)
• WasaGroup Fund III (WGF III)
